Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as one 'key'?
A 'key' typically refers to a single string or text segment in your language file that needs translation. For example, in a JSON file, it's the key-value pair's identifier.
Do I pay per language?
Yes, credits are consumed per key per target language. Translating one key into three languages uses 3 credits.
What if a key hasn't changed?
LinguaFlow is designed to detect unchanged keys. You won't be charged again for translating keys that haven't been modified since the last translation for that language.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Once you purchase credits, they remain in your account until you use them for translations.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits are generally non-refundable, but we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team if you have specific concerns.
What happens to unused credits if I delete my account?
Unused credits are not refunded or compensated when an account is deleted. Credits are forfeited in favor of the service upon account deletion.
