By accessing or using LinguaFlow's services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LinguaFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business purposes.

LinguaFlow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform translations and access premium features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to LinguaFlow. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, translate, and store your content for the purpose of providing our services.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing translation services to you.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall LinguaFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
